Transforming team performance
I work with new and existing teams to transform performance and eradicate the personal and emotional issues holding them back. With an agile approach, my sessions are tailored to the needs of the team and their organisation. Each session is planned but remains flexible and dynamic. I use a mix of progressive counselling, coaching, energy management and team-building techniques carefully selected based upon the challenges that need to be addressed. During each session, I respond to what is happening in the room and pivot between different approaches as the team progresses together.
